Call for candidates
Job posting:

Jobs are first posted internally. For each posting, internal employees and future external candidates can learn details about the job, including function and responsibilities, as well as the required experience, qualifications, and aptitudes.
Receipt of curriculum vitaes:

Once Camoplast Solideal receives curriculum vitaes electronically, an acknowledgement is sent to all candidates. All documents received are kept for future reference for a period of six months.
Review of candidacies:

Each candidate’s information is analyzed and classified by our human resources team according to professional experience and academic history. Those that fit with a posted job are further analyzed and shared with the supervisors concerned.
Selection Process
Telephone interview:

The first step in the selection process is a telephone call, which enables the recruiter to quickly check qualifications and technical and interpersonal skills according to the job’s requirements.
In-person interview:

This more in-depth interview takes place with a member of the human resources team and a manager. The goal is to check the candidate’s affinities with the company’s culture and values, and to evaluate his or her knowledge, skills, and experience in relation to the demands of the current position.
Team interview:

If your candidacy is retained, you will have the opportunity to ask questions of your future team members to learn more about the work atmosphere and daily routines. This meeting is also an opportunity to assess your attachment to a value we hold dear at Camoplast Solideal: team spirit.
Psychometric testing:

If these first steps in the selection process are passed successfully, you will participate in a test that measures aspects of your personality that are important to the position in question.

When selecting a candidate, we will make a salary proposal that respects wage equity within the company. This formal offer includes salary conditions, bonus programs (if applicable), vacation policy, fringe benefits, and other details.
